Absolutely! All of our shoes offered in our competitions are deadstock and never worn by anyone other than our future competition winners.

Upon competition close, shoes will be posted via DPD Next Day delivery. We will always try to fulfill delivery times but in some unforeseen circumstances this could be delayed.

Unfortunately, not. The size of the shoe will be specified in the competition details and will be the only size available unless stated otherwise.

Sneakers that still have the unique security tag attached to them can be return to us within 14 days of receiving them.

We will surprise our lucky winners via email, social media or phone to let them know they have won. Winners are featured on our winners list on our website.

Each competition is drawn live on social media using a legitimate and neutral random number generator.

The number of tickets available is specified on the competition page and can sometimes be different depending on the prize. The number of tickets for each competition is subject to change at the discretion of luckedoutlaces.co.uk

Yes, the maximum amount of tickets a single participant can purchase is will be specified on the product page. Ticket limits can differ depending on the product.

Hell no!

No, prizes are shipping only.

Competitions close once the competition countdown timer ends or all available tickets are sold for that competition.

If we specify that “EVERY penny of profit goes to Global’s Make Some Noise” all money raised apart from the cost of the shoes will go to the charity. For Example:

If the shoes costs £100 and we raise £1000 then £900 will be donated to the charity.

If “EVERY penny of profit” is not specified then it will mean a percentage of the profits will be donated to charity. This percentage will be displayed on the shoes raffle page.

Global’s Make Some Noise is an appeal operated by Global Charities, a registered charity in England & Wales (1091657) & Scotland (SC041475).
